This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 51000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the 51000 platform (including the website, mobile app, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the 51000 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential;
- All activity conducted under your account, including bets placed and transactions made;
- Notify 51000 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation;
- Ensuring your account information is kept current and accurate.
51000 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose — including fraud, money laundering, or attempting to manipulate the platform's systems — is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action and immediate account closure.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
All 51000 users must comply with the platform's usage rules. The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technological tools to exploit or manipulate the platform's systems;
- Exploiting technical errors, incorrectly displayed odds, or system vulnerabilities;
- Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account;
- Providing false or misleading information to the 51000 support team;
- Any attempt to hack, attack, or technically disrupt platform operations;
- Any form of collusion, sandbagging, or manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
51000 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including withholding funds, voiding winnings, or reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 51000 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, and local Malaysian bank transfers such as Maybank and CIMB. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment service provider.
Regarding fund withdrawals:
- Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the account holder;
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit is processed;
- Withdrawal processing times range from one to three business days, depending on the method selected;
- Minimum and maximum limits for each deposit and withdrawal are displayed in your account settings.
51000 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms until the investigation is concluded. All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their own wagering requirements, which are displayed at the time the offer is made.
Liability Limits and Disclaimer
The 51000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of information displayed. To the extent permitted by law, 51000 is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from betting or gaming decisions;
- Temporary technical disruptions causing delays in the processing of bets or transactions;
- Data loss resulting from events beyond our control, such as internet infrastructure outages;
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
51000's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Policy, Changes to Terms, and Applicable Law
51000 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion to protect the integrity of the platform. If your account is closed for legitimate reasons and no breach has occurred, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you within a reasonable timeframe.

Applicable Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 51000 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under the relevant jurisdiction.
